• All Scams (name anything).
• Taking decisions (individual / company).
• Infrastructure or any project

Is this due to the extra DNA in Indians (including me) which forces us to think in this particular way.

Thoughts at Random

Today got a spark and wanted to write the following. My travel time to office helped me to pen it down.
Our EGMP-16 batch had a get together last Saturday and really a nice gathering where we were able to find more about others. There was some allotted to just convey our thoughts.
I wanted to speak about our current environmental issues. On Friday, was chatting with one of friend about farming. The final outcome of the conversation which lasted for almost 30 mins was 'even if everyone from IT or any other sector leave their job and take up farming, we don't have infrastructure in terms of land to cultivate and mainly water'. We can produce anything in the world and i personally feel that we lack creating water.
Added to that, the recent statistics on the borewells which are being drilled are at alarming rate in Bangalore.
The greediness of the human being is shown not only for getting wealth, it is shown in destroying the environment and by doing this, we are digging the grave for ourselves.
One thing which i don't understand is what we are going to do with the money when there is nothing for us to drink and eat? Let's assume what will happen if the Government tells that the water level is alarmingly low and hence we will not be able to supply water to the city?
Have we ever thought that we will be buying water? It is a common practice now and going forward nobody will drink water if it is not a bottled one. A strange and unwelcoming reality. For people who are 30+ will understand this one better.
Ask a millionaire, he wants to become a billionaire and it is spread across the society. We can accept that they are creating wealth for their children. But what is the reality? We can have fat/obese bank balances, but what is the quality of life we are giving them for the future. A disturbed, spoiled environment and they have to buy everything from water to everything paying hefty amounts.
I believe, we should take this as a wake up call and listen to the nature. Please spread this message and do your bit to save a better life for your children. We are working hard to give a better future to them. Hope this helps.

Trying to get answer.
Sometimes.... I'm getting puzzled for the universal truths as well.
What happened?

Save Earth, Save Ourselves

The recent summer (?) is the output of our greediness.
The amount of damage we have done to ourselves is exponential during the last century.
It is unimaginable.
I don't know how I'm going to face the real summer.
So, SAVE EARTH, SAVE OURSELVES.........

Money=Success?

I have been asking this question for very long time.
Is getting more money considered to be successful in life.
The recent message in the newspaper (Sperm Bank), puzzled me more and I personally feel that, the answer is 'Yes'.
Once again, puzzled......... :o)

Swine flu - Lessons!

The recent Swine Pendemic has given us the following Lessons.

1. Focus on personal Hygiene (This is in our practice for ages...)
2. No Handshakes or Hugs (Some might feel bad of it)

Recent Trends

Read that the Average % of voting in Bangalore is around 50.
Really alarming....
Is this due to the following?
1. People have lost faith in Political system
2. People are (very) Lazy

I believe, we have to wait for some more time for getting an answer for this.

Hyderabad Visit

Spent the long weekend at Hyderabad!

Visited - Charminar, Salarjung Museum, Birla Temple and Science Centre.

Ayan - Movie

Once again, got an opportunity to watch a movie.
This time also at PVR, Bangalore.
There is nothing exceptional to be mentioned.
A clean entertainer, thats all. The stunts are good. You can see different parts of the world picturised in a beautiful way.

Naan Kadavul - Movie

Finally, was able to pull out sometime and watched the movie at PVR last saturday.
One needs to have the patience and courage to take a movie like that and hats off to Bala for this wonderful effort.

Personally, I'm very impressed .
Following are the points which you also might land into.....

1. Are we in a society which is so bad?
2. Happiness cannot be bought by money.

So, the movie doesn't give any answers for all the questions we have, but atleast, it creates the awareness and it is highly subjective....

It also depends on the induvidual's perspective .
